PlayVenue is a platform that connects music artists with venues for live performances. We provide tools for artists to discover venues, submit booking inquiries, and manage their performance schedule. We provide tools for venues to showcase their space, manage availability, and connect with artists.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of content you submit to PlayVenue. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
You may not use PlayVenue for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws. You may not harass, abuse, or harm other users. You may not submit false or misleading information. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform. You may not use automated systems to access the platform without our permission.
The PlayVenue platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by PlayVenue and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.
PlayVenue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for any agreements made between artists and venues through the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayVenue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past twelve months.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform or sending you an email. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
